Hi everyone!
Well what a freezing cold morning it was this morning! I’m not much of a morning person (unfortunately!) but I’d planned a dawn shoot of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge for some time now and made a promise to myself that this morning was the morning. So.. I ventured out of my nice warm bed at 4am and staked out my spot. And waited (… and froze!) for Mother Nature to do her best. The cold really tested my commitment (I guess all the best things do, don’t they!) but here’s my shot of the morning. I hope you like it!
In some other exciting news, I am very chuffed to say that my photograph “My Grandfather the Farmer” that I’ve had on here for some time now won a portraiture prize at a local exhibition recently. It was my very first time entering any of my photos in a competition so I was very excited.
